Before World War II, a research about asbestos workers illness, found corelation between asbestos and lung cancer. This study found thant German asbestos workers more susceptive to lung cancer and mesothelioma. Several decades later, J.C. Wagner and Chris Sleggs reporting their research about mesaothelioma, lung cancer, and asbestos correlation. They found 33 cases of mesothelioma at their research. Only one case that have no correlation with asbestos exposure. 24 cases occured to people that live near asbestos mines and the rest working related to asbestos.

The treatment of mesothelioma depend on location of the cancer and type. Generally the treatmens are:

  3. Radiation theraphy. Using X ray to eradicating tumor.
  4. Draining fluid around the lungs and abdomen.

Since Many researches has proved that mesothelioma has correlation with asbestos exposure, the only way to prevent mesothelioma is avoiding asbestos minerals.
